Breakfast always nice. Locations in Williams easy. Front desk was kind.
I’m not sure if the hotel was under staffed, the carpeted floors were not vacuumed well in the hallways and the gym. Cockroaches dead on the gym floor , I’d say about 5 of them. The cleaning supplies needed changing and stocked ..
garbages outside over flowing with staff sitting next it smoking cigarettes.. I’m left wondering who the manager is and why they aren’t doing a better job.

Great breakfast!
We booked a room for 6 people. However the sofa bed in the room was individual and not even sleepable in (the floor is more comfortable). They provided a cot and thankfully we were travelling with 2 small children who could fit in the cot. But they should definitely adjust the number of people they can accommodate in this type of room to 4 instead of 6. Highly misleading. Another minor point compared to the previous one is that even though we asked for the room to be made in the morning, it wasn’t.
