Convenient to the LSU campus. It had a good, variable, breakfast the three mornings we were there.
The hotel air-conditioning was one of those boxed box type air conditioners under the window. It did not work most of the time it would get hot at night. The rooms were not cleaned. All we got was new towels. The configuration of the room was weird there was no dresser to put your clothes away, we were there several days.

The property is across the street from the mall of Louisiana. Made it very convenient if you need something, you can just go across the street.
The floor was a little slick and felt sticky. It might be the cleaning solution that is used to clean the floor.

It was clean and convenient. Price was affordable eventhough I booked last minute. Breakfast was delicious. More choices for my taste and for my baby. Oatmeal was delicious. There was waffles, taco, yogurt, nectarines, bananas as well.
Everything was great

The location that's it and tiara was very nice
Hyatt place tied up all of my vacation money in pending charges they double charged me at check-in and they said they could not reverse the charges that I had to wait until after I checked out for the money to come back onto my card which it did but the point is all the money I had for my trip I didn't have so for that reason I will probably never stay at Hyatt place again thank you.
