Breakfast was good. Location and quietness of hotel was also good.
Room smelled bad, musty, wet like. Odor hit you when you opened door immediately. Dampness was uncomfortable but we were only in the room to sleep so lived with it instead of the hassle to change rooms. Room 322 in East Grand Forks, MN. Alerted staff who wrote it down on a card????

the hotel appears fairly new. the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good.
while the pool was nice, it fidn’t have a hot tub

Breakfast was sub par
Housekeeping was poor - I had to ask on a daily basis and I still ended up picking up towels from the front desk, etc. not worth the money. Bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel was close to my event. The room was comfortable as was the bed. Nice selection at breakfast.

Breakfast was nutritious and had lots of choices. The bathroom had lots of room. The iron and board was handy. The hotel is very clean. There are lots of amenities to choose from. Location is perfect for us.
