Location and very helpful/friendly staff

The unit was clean, the pool was great!

The elevators were extremely slow

The location was ideal and the staff was great!

The location was convenient for the purpose of our booking, but there were a few issues that prevented the stay from being fully enjoyable. The accommodation is advertised as a studio with a kitchenette; however, there were no actual cooking facilities available apart from a microwave. There were no hot plates or even a toaster. In my opinion, a studio should provide basic cooking amenities, otherwise it is more comparable to a deluxe room. Dishwasher soap was provided, but none was actually available during our stay. The carpet in the studio could really use a deep cleaning, as there was quite a lot of hair on it that was clearly not mine. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor. The TV took a very long time to load content, and my phone could barely stay connected unless I was standing near the kitchenette area.
