The bar and tv’s in lounge area was nice to watch NBA finals and FIFA.

Location is close to the beach

1 - they provide chairs and umbrella but you have to carry it from the hotel to the beach 2- stuff at the reception doesn’t really speak English so what’s you ask it might be missed or added to your hotel charges 3 - there was a piece of glass on the floor when we arrived in our room 4 - I called and ask twice to make sure we have a crib in our room and it wasn’t there 5 - there is no reception in the room on the first floor

During our stay, we had a sofa bed with a completely sunken mattress, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. We had to place the couch cushions underneath just to get a decent night’s rest — an unacceptable situation for any hotel. On the first day, we requested the sofa bed to be set up, which was done, however staff left the room door wide open, exposing our belongings and leaving us vulnerable to other guests. When we raised this concern with the front desk, the receptionist failed to grasp the seriousness of the security breach, showing a complete lack of awareness regarding basic guest safety protocols. Additionally, the breakfast offering was extremely limited, falling far short of what is expected at a property of this category.
