IT’S CLOSED!!!

The first night was ok after being moved from the original room due to a squeaky heater fan and the lack of power to one wall with lights and outlets on it.

We arrived at 9 pm our so in the evening to find out that the hotel had been flooded due to a broken water line on the 5th floor. The water leaked all the way to the main floor, they or our room. All guests had to leave. We were told that could transfer to another hotel under the impression that this was going to be paid for, which is was not. I ended up paying twice for a room on Saturday night.

Emmy treated us like family. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The valet drivers were honest about their abilities to drive my vehicle and I appreciate that more than they know. I would rather park/pu myself than have my engine or transmission damaged due to lack of experience. The rooms are large and comfortable. Complimentary coffee and cookies, in the lobby, were a nice treat. I would stay here again if I am ever in the area.
