The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.
The breakfast had many choices to pick from. The location was in a great spot.

Breakfast was nice. Rooms were serviced everyday.
Rooms were too small. No where to hang wet towels. Key cards constantly were deactivated. Barely any towels at the pool. AC barely worked.

Breakfast was satisfactory, location was excellent for shopping, restaurants.
Family with 2 infants were placed on the floor above us causing a constant noise from 3:00pm until 3:00am during the first day/night. They were quieter after we mentioned this to the front desk and presumably were spoken to. Suggestion-place families with infants/children on first floor.

Overall cleanliness and very nice staff
Should warn people when placing in room near very loud pool area. Shower barely had any spray and food was out or cold (hot foods) 2 of the 3 mornings

We could not check in until 2:30.

location was very good, snowed lots and the guy cleaning sidewalk even came to help clean off our SUV.
hot tub had murkey water, dogs next door were barking at night. Beds need to be replaced because they are worn out.

The location was well placed near restaurants and gas stations.
Room wasn't cleaned before our arrival at 10pm (plenty of time to clean it). When we mentioned this, we got replacement linens and towels but that is all. Elevator was rickety but functional.

A little noisy as we were there during a long weekend holiday and was busier than usual.

Didn't know there was a birthday party going on that night. Was very disappointed that we couldn't be in the pool/hot tub without all the kid yelling and running around. Kids running up and down the halls was unpleasant as well.
