Very Clean room, lovely view

It was late at night he couldn't find my online booking. Bàsically it as just ok. The elevator was broke. Stairs were nasty and climbing them with luggage. Was brutal but it was a place to just chill.l

The front desk staff was friendly and professional. I also liked that our room had a balcony and we were right on the boardwalk.

The bathroom was really small. The tv was super small and the rooms could use an upgrade. Parking was $20 a day

I like that it sits on the boardwalk right next door to Tropicana. Rooms are always clean. Great staff. Love the Balcony.

Nice location actually a little hidden gem right on the Broad walk ,clean and friendly staff. I traveled for a weekend getaway and I will be back

All that was really missing was some breakfast options or even a self serve kitchen other than that I was good.

Neighbors extremely noisy, obnoxious, and rude. Staff was unable to assist in providing assistance with the rude guests. Therefore we didn't get any sleep, and finally left at 5am to go home with no sleep. Wish we had never stayed.

It was clean, confortable and the front desk was friendly and welcoming.

I just wish the property was open longer; we wanted to stay an extra day.

I did not the greeting we received then my granddaughter who is 6 years old had to use the bathroom, their downstairs bathroom was non accessible as well as the kitchen. The smell that emanated from the entrance was mold. There was no cart to put your luggage on. So we had to lug up luggage for 5 people for the weekend. We got into the first room it smelled like smoke and mold and the walls were all drawn up and the green carpet was filthy. The bathroom was so small a medium size person couldnt even turn around it in and forget two people brushing their teeth. The TV is the size of a computer screen. There were 4 chairs in the room, and they couldnt even give us a cost for free. The charged $20 per night and the cot was so old and the cover looked like it was the after sales from the "willowbrook nursing facility" then to look out the window I saw everyone's finger prints from the last stay. And the balcony felt like if 4 people sat on it, it would collapse. The house phone did not work and the clock was cracked. In the second room the only difference was no smell and no writing on the wall.
