Excellent apartment in the heart of NY - subway station just around the corner. Nice shops and restaurant - everything in hitting distance. Handover of keys and attention from the landlord flawless and great!
Not applicable! Everything great!

Location is perfect (but it's not close to Times Square). Space inside is good and everything is available.
Very bad wifi. It even stopped working halfway and it was not fixed. Utensils in the kitchen are poor quality as well as the bed and bed sheets. Also, there is block heating, so we had to keep the windows open while it was 50F outside...
