The home was beautiful loved everything my kids enjoyed the pool

The fan in the the main room was loud very hard to sleep with the boise other then that it was a great home

I liked everything

The house that we stayed was very nice, clean and well kept. We enjoyed the pool and how it was close enough to the theme parks, even though there was traffic on I4 daily.

The property that we stay in was not in any of the pictures that were on this listing on Booking. We did not gain access to the property until 1 hour after the stated check in time, even though we were told that we would be able to check in early which was a little disappointing.

The property had bad mattresses,wasn’t clean ,we found roaches , the pool was dirty and the refrigerator did not work .

I rented 2 houses they were not together at all and this should be noted when you rent more than one house usually if someone is renting more than one then they more than likely want the houses together . House 1 was fairly clean which is really unacceptable being as they charge a cleaning fee House 2 was not clean at all , they had ROACHES , these ppl that own these houses want to charge for excessive trash and other things like is your turn the air up from 78 then they wanna charge or withhold your deposit , then they want you to wash all the linen in both houses and load the dishwasher what are the cleaning ppl for . Let’s talk about the check in process I asked several times about a early Check in they wanted nothing to do with that and refused to allow a check in earlier than 4pm when clearly the houses were both ready BEFORE 4 A late check out means MORE MONEY. Oh both houses had a garage but they were both inaccessible the one was locked and the other had a pool table in it

Better COMMUNICATION!!! They don’t respond in a timely manner at all I called the office several times with no answer just straight to voice mail. As I said when renting more than 1 house the renter should be advised that the houses are not side by side . It gets very hot in Florida so please stop trying to regulate the air posting signs to have the air set on 78 or pay more money when you have already paid to rent the place . It needs to be better cooking utensils the cheap dollar store plastic cooking utensils are ridiculous.and further more if a cleaning fee is added to the rental why should I have to strip all the linen from the beds and wash the towels and linen

I loved the location, easy access to attractions. I loved the space of house, the kids loved the pool and the neighborhood was very quiet.

I didn't care for all the cars parked on the street in the neighborhood made it very hard to get in and out. Secondly, I didn't like how other visitors had pets in the yard where we were staying and pooped over the yard, it was nasty mom was very upset because some had got it on their feet good thing we caught it before they tracked it inside the house.

Location

The house is not the one in the pictures, mold in AC, poorly maintained, outdated furniture, had to take delivery of pool furniture, had another family show up to stay at property while we were there, no phone calls returned, this place is not worth it do not stay here.
