The location was perfect for our needs as we wanted Davenport area

It wasn’t clean Toilet system damages Blinds to patio doors were damaged Floor tile to main bedroom was cracked One toilet continuously flushing Shelf in fridge taped up by others

The villa was lovely, it had everything we needed along with the facilities. The bedrooms were spacious and ideal for our family of 5 adults. The location was perfect as it was 20-25 mins from all the Disney parks.

The only issues we had with the property were that the pool wasn’t clean when we got there, there was a little hole at the top of the lanai which may have been the reason for a lot of flies in the pool and the outdoor furniture was a little old and outdated. The AC stopped working the second from last day of our stay.

The A/C should have been repaired prior to our vacation day. The bathroom plumbing should have been replaced prior to our arrival. We were not aware of the day nor time of the pool man. The pool needed a lot of chlorine that we had to be out of the pool for three hours.

Mattress are real uncomfortable

What I did like was that the area is quiet and we had stores near by. And security at gate they were amazing.

What I didn’t like - pool looked like it had bacteria swimming in it. - we found a frog in our pool and supposedly the screens are meant to be there in place for frogs to keep out. There were always worms in the pool… - the vents were dusty and had myself and son with allergies for the 2 weeks. - dishes were dirty - air hockey table didn’t work - main tv in living room didn’t work - couches were ripped and torn in places - the bed was uncomfortable -bathroom had behind the door and near toilets hair from another stay garbage of as if it just was not cleaned. We even killed a big roach in garage…

I like how it backed up to common ground. it was nice sitting and watching the wild life while enjoying my morning coffee.

Although it was to cool to swim the fence around the pool took away from enjoying the view of the pool and and the common area.

Even though it is a little outdated, it was clean and comfortable. Lots of good space. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.
