We picked up keys at offices of Holiday Real Estate. Their support during our stay was outstanding - assisted when locked out of unit (forgot keys), obtaining a remote for Smart TV in Living Room and timely response when clothes washer would not drain/work.
Unit was well equipped with everything we needed.
Nothing comes to mind.
