The location was great and the check in and out was easy. There was coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was neat and thr bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was nice too.
My room appeared to be cleaned but there was pet hair all over the bed and the room. I reported it but my sheets still was not changed during my stay.

We love everything about this hotel. The location and the staff are amazing. It is our go to hotel anytime we come to Richmond.
The only thing that I did not like was that our room did not have curtains that closed. So when the sun came up it shined directly into our room, making it hard for us to sleep in.

Located right downtown, near all
Main restaurants
Entrance of the building smelled like sewage.
We were in town for a family vacation, rooms did not have any drawers to put our clothes in.
Our 10yr old was also sad they didn’t have a smart tv as we normally like to sign into our Netflix account for him to watch his shows when we’re at the hotel.
I asked for full room service on our third day. They did not change our sheets, did not vacuum our floors and did not leave fresh towels.
