The room was big, good bed, kitchen

There is no cookware, table ware in the kitchen, just empty, reception doesn't provide any, they told me to go and buy it in the supermarket. Shower pressure is poor and it leaking, everything was flooded after taking a shower Bad support.Noisy neighbors was watching TV in the middle of the night, phone isn't working so I went to reception, they did nothing, they don't care

inside of the room there was a mini fridge and a microwave a lot of hotels don’t have that and the bathroom was clean. The room also had a tv.

when I entered the room there were 3 baby cockroaches on the vent of the air conditioning, I opened the mini fridge and two little cockroaches came out. I went to the bathroom to check it out and there were a bunch of tiny flies flying everywhere and I had to kill them. I was scared to sleep there but I just ended it with a payer hoping no bugs would go in my holes! The blanket was dirty it had a lot of dark spots on every blanket.

The shower

Housekeeping was way DISRESPECTFUL AMD RUDE! I checked out in a hurry so the room was left with a few scraps of trash on the table, NOTHING MAJOR, and house keeping started cussing me out in spanish telling me it's not her job to work hard! I didn't realize that picking up a few scraps of mc Donald's wrappers was hard work! I stayed there 3 days and I had to switch rooms on the first day bcz in the first room the toilet was broken and the bathroom made the whole stink and on top of that the ac was faulty and it was over 100 degrees outside and staff had the nerve to be rude to me for asking for a new room! Horrible hotel never ever stay there.oh and I got bug bites on my face! And whe I told the hotel they said it wasn't from them but from the mosquitoes outside.

House keeping was SO RUDE! I had to switch rooms because my toilet was stopped up nasty, then the room they moved me to had a faulty shower......got cussed out by housekeeping:

Room was nice

Hair dryer almost blew up, fire was literally coming out of it
