The pool. That is all. We were very disappointed with the hotel and the appearance. It was very outdated and our room never got cleaned. There was trash bags in the hallway near the elevators all the time. There was a cup in the pool floating: it was gross. The breakfast was subpar to say the least. We’ve stayed at Spring Hill next door many times and never had issues such as this. We had a horrible stay and felt very uncomfortable. I will be reaching out to corporate. On top of it there was a jackhammer doing rock every morning that woke up my family and was very unrelating by the pool because of it. The amount we paid I should absolutely be getting compensated for all the inconveniences.

Très propre, bien équipé avec cuisine et table. Piscine agréable ouverte jusqu’à 23h. Petit déjeuner très correct pour les US. Idéalement situé par rapport au parc Disney: entre 20 et 30 min de route du Parc Magic Kingdom (plus près de certain autres). En un peu moins d’une heure départ de l’hôtel, nous étions entré dans le parc (trajet + Parking + transfert du parking au parc + sécurité) Chambre avec vue feu d’artifice pas indispensable, on est quand même un peu loin.. Grand Supermarché en face de l’hôtel accessible à pied, idéal pour faire quelques courses et profiter de la cuisine équipée de la chambre ou pour acheter des goodies Disney 4 fois moins cher que dans le parc! Il y a aussi pas mal de restaurants (Pizzeria, Fast Food dans le centre commercial). il y a une navette gratuite qui conduit aux parcs Disney mais vite complets et ne permet pas de profiter pleinement des parcs car seulement 2 rotations le matin et le soir donc slots limités. Nous y sommes allés en voiture pour être plus flexibles et profiter pleinement de la journée (parking Disney 30$..) Nous avons bien pu profiter du parc de 9h à 22h! Rapport Qualité/Prix idéal

Amazing so close to Disney with all the amenities needed in the hotel, great free shuttle service to the parks. Great pool that stays open until 11 pm every night!

Nothing it was perfect!

Check in went smoothly and our room was ready On the most part it was clean except for some corners in the bathroom, Staff was very nice and friendly and breakfast buffet was good.

The room was a little shabbier than last time we were here and pricing was up

La cercanía a los parques de Disney, el desayuno fue increíble, el parqueadero, lo cerca a un mall, todo excelente.

Aunque se ingles, mis padres no y la chica de front desk no hablaba español, entonces si deberian asegurar que hablarán los dos idiomas.

El alojamiento es bastante bueno, tiene cocina en la habitación, está relativamente cerca de todos los parques Disney, a 12 minutos en auto. Incluye desayuno y es bastante bueno, parking gratis.

El aseo lo realizan día por medio, retiran la basura, hacen la cama y cambian toallas.
