This place was spotless and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I 10/10 will be staying here again in the future. I'm going to be honest, I am from West Virginia but no longer live there and I know that it's a gamble anytime I have to visit. I had very low expectations of the property itself and the staff. My experiences with hotels in WV that had amazing reviews about how clean the place is and how nice the staff are have pretty much never panned out. In every previous instance, the place has been dirty and the staff have been ridiculously rude.

It's been a long time since I've been to this part of WV and I had not realized how much it's been built up. I assumed this would be close to the grocery stores and restaurants in Bridgeport. It wasn't that big of a deal, just a little inconvenient.

It was in a good location and very nice employees.

The door to the bathroom is a sliding door so there is no privacy with a huge crack in it between the wall and the door where you can see right in. You also can’t lock the bathroom door. The shower also was a failed design there was water getting out of it all over the floor. The door to the shower doesn’t even shut. For the hotel to properly fix these problems we stayed in room 306

The staff were really helpful. The facilities are modern and neat. Easily accessible from the highway.

Food was left from previous guests in the fridge. Made you wonder if the room was really cleaned properly. Also , there was noisy cleaning of the hallways in the middle of the night.

the staff was so friendly, welcoming, and flexible. it was super clean, very comfy, my kids and I loved it so much!

Property was very nice. Very well maintained, and the room was awesome.

Exceptionally nice hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms.

I will say the only issue I had was a big stain on the green chair and our room. However I didn't say anything to anybody which was wrong I guess... We just didn't set it.
