Candle wood charged me and so has booking . My double bed room was not available and attendant couldn’t get me Cotts

The staff were lazy and rude. They refused to help. This property had a fire and half the rooms they claim were available were not. Upon checking in they assigned us a different room then I booked didn’t tell me and charged me for the room I did not get. I asked for my money back and they would not refund. They didn’t even bother to get up out of their chairs. I cancelled all my future reservations and immediately left for another hotel.
