Brilliant location, lovely big room with a very comfy bed. The pool and gym are excellent. Most of the staff were wonderful and they were able to accommodate an early check in.
Bedroom floor could have done with a proper clean, one member of reception staff was a bit surly.

All around great stay and property
The bike rental is a bit of a rip job. Supposed to be free but the rental company charges 7.50 a day for lock rental automatically as soon as you get bike released from docking point and we wanted four bikes but only could get two released.

Location was great and so close to the cruise port. They had a nice area to store your luggage since we arrived early. Very clean, staff friendly.
The pool closed at 7:30 pm. The refrigerator was small and had items for purchase only in it, nowhere to put anything brought back to the room (leftovers, outside drinks, etc)

I like that it was close to the cruise port I could see virgin voyages from my balcony.
It was alittle dingy like stains on couch area and bathroom floors.
