Our stay at Eleni’s Cottage House was wonderful. The cottage and its large garden were absolutely charming. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The entire property is decorated in a cozy, romantic cottage style that creates a very welcoming atmosphere. The air conditioning was very powerful and easily kept the whole house cool, even during hot days. Our host, Eleni, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She allowed us to leave our luggage at the property before check-in, which was very helpful. She also recommended several great places to visit. During our stay, she even surprised us by baking us a delicious pasta dish. We are truly grateful for her hospitality and would happily stay here again.

We chose not to rent a car and explored everything on foot, so the 25–30 minute walk to the city was completely fine for us. However, if you prefer shorter distances, renting a car would definitely be more convenient. The planes are quite loud during the day, but they do not fly at night, so they never disturbed our sleep. We were usually out exploring during the day anyway. The last flights were around 10:30 p.m., and the first ones started at about 8:00 a.m., so nights were peaceful. The walk to the house can feel a bit unsafe because about half of the route is along a road without a proper sidewalk. Fortunately, the traffic is usually light. If you’re walking after dark, it’s a good idea to wear something reflective or use your phone’s flashlight so drivers can see you more easily. Overall, renting a car is the more convenient option, but if you don’t mind walking like we did, you’ll manage just fine without one.

We realy enjoyed like at home.Lady Eleni very kind person.She cooks great. Always ready to.help if we need.Inside very clean and all that you need for pleasent stay.Outside paradise. Véranda and big court with trees .I made yoga every morning.outside.The airport is close but.for my family with boy 2 years old and me were no problem.The position is 5km from the city.But I walked by foot crossing nice lake.Of course if you use sport.We went to the nearest beach with car.WE liked it but attention the price at the small cafétéria ..two coffe and juce je 17 euro.

Perhaps some sun,s protection for the car .But ok

Close to the airport and Skiathos town, we spend there 2 days before departure. Very quiet place (of course you can hear noice from the airport but we liked to see and hear the planes). In the night there is absolutely silence. Perfectly equipment kitchen so we could buy and prepare fresh fishes and other greek food ...We also got early checkin what really helped us.

Nothing. Everything was as we expected.
