Location and price, thew room was a good size

Overall it was a bit run down, eveythoing was just a little bit used

The roomms were spacious and the breakfast was good

Parking, the bldg needs maintenance also the hand rails in the shower need a good scrub

Clean, cozy

Front dest doesn’t look like they like their job. Not that friendly

rate was decent; response time from front desk when i called asking for more towels was also good; the size of the room fit our needs; the staff were nice in general

I didn't know and don't remember seeing anything about rooms not being cleaned daily so I had to ask for more towels when I found out linens weren't changed unless you stayed for 7 days. That was a big negative and I wish that fact had been made more clear when I booked the hotel. Also the breakfast was ok but not great (please make it easier to get cups - for those who don't want anything but cereal and juice it's frustrating to try and get more napkins or a cup if you forget to get one, the people in line don't appreciate it but they're waiting for an entree when I just wanted a napkin or cup). There wasn't any salt/pepper and the fruit was substandard, muffins usually gone by 8am, black tea would be nice. What is the message on the vouchers that you'll be charged $15 if you don't turn them in about - it makes no sense.
