This hotel had staff that rivaled some of the best 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. They were without a doubt the most accommodating and welcoming hotel staff that I have experienced in a long time especially when it comes to an airport adjacent hotel. This place made our travel with our toddler magnitudes easier than it usually is. I will be staying here from now on
The room was perfect for his travel crib and allowed us to set it up where we could get ready, the complimentary shuttle straight to our gate, the restaurant was nice, and the staff made this place special

Great location and a very clean and well kept facility.
No complaints at all

The breakfast was a quick cup of coffee, juice and a pastry. We left on the shuttle to the airport at 4 am so we weren’t there for the main breakfast. We appreciated that we had a little something set out for us that early in the morning.
The staff was fabulous! The guidance over the phone to register on line for a room, the directions to the shuttle pick up, the quick travel to and from the airport, the friendly shuttle drivers, Ben in the restaurant was very attentive and we could see he was working hard. He deserves recognition!

It's the closest hotel outside the airport so convenient for an overnight before a flight. Quiet & a helpful staff.
I've stayed at Hyatt Place several times & liked it. But the price has gone way up while the hotel has deteriorated. A worn out seat in the restaurant with the foam showing has been that way for months. The sheet on my bed was wrinkled as if dried in a wad, very strange. The breakfast sausages were stone cold. The shuttle driver drove like a mad man. Not deal breakers individually but altogether seems a distinct lack of care.
