The suite was very nice and spacious. Everything was in good working condition and it appeared to be newly remodeled. There were plenty of outlets and dishes. While the parking spaces are mostly sized for compact cars, it was nice to have plenty onsite, and parking in the overflow lot across the street was easy and convenient. The private beach access directly from the property was great and we never waited long for elevator access. The other guests were very friendly.

I thought we were getting an oceanview suite but instead we faced the main street and the neighbors parking lot. I must have missed the fine print that indicated oceanview was not guaranteed. In any case, it was VERY disappointing.

we booked for our 50th wedding anniversary. we drove approximately 600 miles to get there. when we arrived we were told the hotel over booked and we did not have a room there. we were not contacted and our credit card was charged.

This stay was great! I will definitely return. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the items you needed to cook a real meal. Having two bedrooms each with separate bathrooms was a huge hit. The only drawback was not having a full oceanfront view. The pictures while booking can be misleading with the kind of view you will receive. Awesome balcony though!!! Definitely try Kings Famous Pizza as well. Close by and great food!

Location is very convenient to restaurants, golf, etc. and provided great views and access to the ocean. The outdoor grills were a nice touch.

Only one elevator was in service while they were replacing the other one. Not a huge problem, but a little inconvenient.

our stay was great! it felt like a home away from home. we brought groceries with us so we could cook and use the full kitchen. it was a perfect way to save a few dollars vs eating out every meal. loved the long balcony which was accessible thru every room. will definitely stay again when we come back!! staff was helpful and friendly

I like that the it was family oriented. That the kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking essentials so I was able to cook for my family instead of wasting money on going out. I loved that you had activities to do with my young daughter. Your activities director was awesome and doing a wonderful job. I saw so many other activities coming up for the following week. I also was talking with another couple while there and mentioned to the director that even with your cookout maybe ask guest to help out or bring something to share like a potluck

I liked that staff checked in on me (my flight was cancelled) and I loved the view and long balcony! My place was better than the two Airbnb's I rented for family members. It was a wonderful surprise.

The pool was not available due to maintenance, which really sucked because my daughter was looking forward to it and that was one of the main reasons why we choose this condo.
