The late night reception staff was very professional. She got me the room booked at Booking.com, even though hotel had not received official booking confirmation from booking.com.

The food was average for this type of hotel. However, the women manning the breakfast bar were very friendly and helpful in picking up trash from our table. The front desk staff was helpful in telling me how to shut off the light above the coffee maker as it was not obvious.

The toilet is way too low for older people who are not so flexible. If would have been nice to have a another chair other than the desk chair. It gets tiring sitting on the bed. It would have been nice to have the trash emptied each day rather than let it pile up.

Breakfast was somewhat lacking. did enjoy the fruit and yogurt..

Very nice and clean. The pool is nice, but there is no hot tub. Breakfast is basic but good. The king suite is roomy and comfortable. Beds are comfy as well.

Room by the pool was not quiet, just as a reminder lol We didn't get to use the pool much. A soccer's team of like 30 ten year old boys was there too. Next night, a construction crew having a Fiesta 😆

I like the quiet of hotel room in general except the moment of air conditioner turns on.

I hope there would be some changes on the breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights and had the same style of eggs in these 5 days. Although I like eggs, eating the same style for 5 days still too much for me.

Some of the front desk staff provided Outstanding service. Unfortunately, others did Not! As the saying goes, "one bad apple spoils the bunch"! One of the evening staff talked about having my car towed from the area in front of the hotel, where hotel guests load/unload. My car was not blocking the drive nor preventing other guests from loading/unloading. It was right where it should have been. And only while I was working to get it loaded. What a Shame that 1 employee leaves a Bad taste about an otherwise very nice stay! I don't know if I will feel comfortable about returning to this hotel. Marriott, please train All of your employees to provide Outstanding service, you have competitors waiting to welcome your guests.
