The hotel is in a great location with plenty of good cafes and restaurants nearby. I also really appreciated the well-equipped gym.

The room was quite small and lacked a fridge, which meant I had to go downstairs just to get ice. Additionally, the WiFi was unreliable and I wasn't able to connect during my stay. While one of the employees at check-in was incredibly helpful, the rest of the staff seemed quite disinterested. It's also worth noting that housekeeping is only provided upon request.

Good location for metro services and getting into Boston centre.

A couple of the staff members were a bit unwelcoming and unhelpful (night of 1st September 2026). The young woman on reception was especially rude after my girlfriend came down stairs to collect our delivered food; she initially didn’t see it as it was left on the table. My girlfriend asked if there had been a delivery and the receptionist was quite blunt. After the food had been collected and my girlfriend was making her way to the elevator, the woman on reception said to the other man who was working: “is she a f*****g idiot?”, presumably thinking my girlfriend was out of earshot. Was appalled that a member of staff would speak about a customer this way. They were rude, unhelpful, and generally not very warm. Despite these two, the other members of staff we interacted with were actually quite nice.
