It was middle way of everything close to resturants.

I didn't like the fact they want to charge me 35 to 50 dollars for early check in and 20 dollars for late check in seem like the hotel try to hustle extra money and you only can check in at 4pm I drove 5 hours to get there and couldn't check in till 4pm

That it was close to stores, beaches and entertainment

The room and balcony were nice, and the location was useful.

Probably our fault, but we somehow thought we would have beach access, and as far as we could determine, this hotel doesn't offer anything in that category. Also, we got up early for the "hot" breakfast, which was anything but hot. Shouldn't complain, but...

The staff was extremely helpful. Eliza was very friendly and helpful. Had a very sweet spirit. She was the best. She helped us find some awesome places to eat. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean. The beach was awesome. And the food places like The Back porch was amazing.

The outside and inside need a lot of work. The smoking bothered me as we pulled up. The facility needs a complete upgrade. a lot of rust on doors and lamps. the toilet was so low to the ground, I thought I was about to sit on the floor. The carpet torn in a lot of places, need a deep cleaning or replace the carpet. The breakfast could have been a lot better. remove those frozen waffles and use waffle mix . Wait until 10 min after 9 to remove breakfast. Some folks just checking In and some overslept. Too much microwave items.
