It was close to Legoland, Walmart, and food.

The floor, shower, and headboard were all dirty. The doors also open to the outside instead of inside, so I didn't feel very safe.

It was very clean and spacious.

Well they charged me $100 deposit for the room and I only got $50 back.

The toilet had to be fixed.

Looks like they are doing a refresh, so most things are new and modern. Very spacious and quiet.

I'm afraid if they finish their refresh, charges will deservedly increase. No complaints.

The location was fantastic only 5 minutes from legoland and really central to all the restaurants and everything you need. The staff was really friendly and responsive to anything we needed. The rooms aren't fancy but they're clean and comfortable. We requested a suite, and we were able to fit 2 adults and 3 kids comfortably. The room had a kitchenette, which was nice for quick meals and storage. The pool is clean and well maintained. There was also a 24-hour IHOP right in the parking lot, which was very convenient for breakfast and nighttime drinks and food.

The outside looks a little rough. I had second thoughts when we first pulled in, but I'm glad we gave them a chance.

There was nothing about this MOTEL that I liked. We are being over charged here

I didn't like the way customer service speaks to you over the phone. I don't like the false advertisement, I don't like that we have to pay a hundred dollars deposit for such a cheap motel. It was just awful

phone didn’t work and phone jack at wall was ripped out. Toilet paper holder was very lose and didn’t hold paper. People talking and walking outside of room all night.

outdated compared to the picture on the site; unexpected extra $100 deposit upon check in. Staff did report if all was good upon leaving, deposit would be returned to account; didn’t mind the pergo flooring, definitely needed to be mopped at least twice a week-we were there 8 days; in need of cosmetic repairs on outside of building, but nothing dangerous.

I didn’t expect to have such a large room in such clean and nice condition! I mean, we had a living area with a kitchen and the bedroom was a whole separate room with a door. The bathroom attached to it was not tiny either! I was so surprised. The bed… was INCREDIBLE. I don’t think I’ve ever slept in a bed that comfortable in my life!

The outside could use a little updating or upgrading. If I had just been driving by and trying to find somewhere to stay, I might not have stopped. It does not look nearly as nice on the outside. But like I said before, the inside makes up for that! The only other complaint I could make was the night we checked in, the really nice guy at the desk said we could have until 12:00 PM Saturday to check out. At around 11:30 on Saturday, someone was knocking on our door trying to get us to leave and saying they needed the room…….while I was still getting ready. It wasn’t a HUGE deal though, we just hurried.

My nonsmoking room had a terrible old tobacco odor with a butt outside. They told me to leave for 10 minutes so they could deodorize the room, which made the room smell worse. Ice maker didn't work. No clock in the room. They took 2 copies of my driver's license. As I was leaving & had paid for the room, they refused to give me those copies. They said it was their policy, which is nowhere on their website. I told them that if I experience identity theft, I was sending law enforcement to them first. The guy I was talking to was a real jerk. I will never stay there again & will probably lodge a complaint with Roadway Inn.
