La ubicación , las recepcionistas excelente atención y la parte del desayuno excelente personal
Las instalaciones sucias , no le hicieron limpieza a mi habitación durante mi estancia , no funcionaba la piscina , no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, sonaba horribleeeee aparte de que no enfriaba parecía un ventilador , el baño sucio , las sábanas sucias.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. I had made a reservation through Booking.com two months in advance, it was confirmed, and everything was ok, but I had my international flight delayed, I arrived at the hotel early in the morning around 01:30 AM, but in the hotel I was informed that it was fully booked with no available rooms for me and my wife. Having to leave the hotel at such an early hour, especially after a long flight, was inconvenient enough.
To make matters worse, I was charged for not showing up at the hotel. Days later, when I approached the hotel manager, I was told that the hotel was not responsible for the charge, placing the blame on Booking.com, while Booking.com insisted the issue was with the hotel. This lack of accountability and finger-pointing only added to the frustration.
Moreover, attempts to communicate with the hotel through Booking.com's messaging system went unanswered. If you are considering this hotel, especially as an international traveler, I would advise checking for any potential flight-related issues in advance. Otherwise, you might encounter the same problems I did, with no one taking responsibility for the inconvenience and an unwarranted charge for a no-show on top of it all.
The disrespectful and dishonest treatment of the hotel manager Even though I explained what had happened, I said that there was nothing I could do and that the problem was mine with Booking.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect.
Desk was about to break. And bathroom sink faucet was busted up but we could use it.

Dirty and there was alive roach in the room. Manager did not handle the situation. They lied and said I was going to get refunded and I never heard from them.

The room and breakfast was very good. The ladies at the front desk was very patient and helpful. The breakfast lady I’ll give her a 10/10 she was on point with everything all the mornings I was there.
That the housekeeper didn’t come not one of the four days I was there to see if I needed anything. I had to call for clean towels and bath clothes.

Excellent, Excellent service! Room was clean. Just needs more dishes to cook. Pool was great and front desk both shifts ! Parking staff greeted us with happy to help. Breakfast was ok to me but presentation and taste was good!

Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room. Nice kitchenette and seating Very comfortable beds. Great views. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and the breakfast.
Windows need cleaning because it really diminishes the great views. Street noise level coming through windows is a little high. Rust stains in tub that looked previously painted over but exposed again.

The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options, My family of six all found something they enjoyed for breakfast, That is a huge win. The room we stayed in was comfortable and work well for all six of us. It also was very close to Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola.
The main problem for this stay was the wait for the elevators. I found out that the night we stay that only two of the four elevators were working. The only other problem was the self parking price if you left and you want to tour around by car you have to pay again to park.

I booked three nights (March 7-10) at the Staybridge Suites Atlanta - Midtown hotel two weeks in advance and paid $716.75 at the time of booking for a room for two people. I advised that we would arrive at the hotel on the 7th of March after 5 pm. We arrived around 7 pm. To our surprise, when we checked in, the receptionist informed us that there were no more vacancies, that the hotel was fully booked. I said I had booked and paid and he said it made no difference. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! I booked in advance and paid on booking! How could the hotel do this to us? I got really nervous and tried to tell them that they couldn't do that. After much discussion, the receptionist called the manager, who "solved" our problem, offering a room at the Crowne Plaza (a hotel connected to Staybridge) much simpler than the one we had booked and for which we had already paid! This room was much less comfortable than the one booked: it did not have a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and others. I therefore ask the following question: will there be a refund of part of the money? Thank you for your attention.

Ellie was the best! He welcomed us with a great sense of humor, answered all our questions, and was very friendly every time we saw him.
The shower was not very hot. Not a good shower. There are no USB outlets.

We didn’t get any breakfast the entire stay and it was supposed to be included. Overall it’s a nice place to stay even under construction I just wish the bar and restaurant stayed open.
We could have been compensated for the breakfast we didn’t receive or accommodated with something in place of it. We loved the room and definitely will come back.

You have to pay 40 a day for parking, an if you move your car you gots to pay 8 or 6 dollars a hour your gone. After spending over a 100.00 a night, why have to pay to park, if your staying there? Never again..
