Vending choices were limited

I booked a queen suite and noticed I was put into a different room. When the problem was brought up to the front desk, the man behind the desk was very rude. He did not believe me when I told him we had the wrong room so I pulled up my reservation. He then told me the rooms were all sold out and if I wanted a queen suite I could come back in the morning, before someone else, and get moved. Rude and unprofessional. Next time we’ll stay further in Omaha.

The breakfast was nice

I booked a queen suite but they said they only had double queens. If i book something I want what I paid for.

the front desk staff is the best I’ve ever experienced. This was our 2nd time staying here and the check in process is quick and the staff is so friendly yet professional. very clean and well maintained hotel. conveniently located. Rooms are quiet so you don’t hear people in the hallway.

Breakfast had a good variety of food and was plentiful. Staff was pleasant and helpful when needed.

location is great. Right off the interstate. there’s a Walmart along with multiple fast food place & gas stations. hotel is pretty clean and nice.

the fact that housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9am. we were there celebrating with friends and got in very late. we planned on sleeping in and that ruined it. also we went to check out and no staff was at the front desk. so after ringing the doorbell and waiting at least 5 min, we left.

Facilities nice. Room clean.

Room had a slightly unpleasant odor.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. Great breakfast selections.

Was not able to get the Queen Suite that we booked, ended up with a standard room. It was a lack of communication between Booking.com and the hotel.
