The location was easy to reach from i-95

The room smelled very damp. The elevator has worn floor tiles that are separating and lifting. The air conditioning was very noisy.

Very pleasant restaurant

I called to see if rooms were available and was told no. I went on booking.com and booked a room and walked in 5 mins after booking and got my room key and wasn't told any information, just handed the key and told have a nice stay. The restaurant was still open but I wasn't informed on anything pertaining to it..there was no info in the room on it and I just think those are things that should be addressed.

Convient location and a bonus. There was a minor issue with the first room and the manager upgraded us immdiately to a suite, They just had the roof re-done and we found a small leak in the ceiling close to the door. We almost didn't say anything but I am glad we did. Letting the staff know early saved the hotel in larger costs and we got an upgraded room. Win win!

I property and staff were wonderful. We were in town for a funeral and the room and amenities were great. We got to use the restaurant and the pool and made the best of it for the reason we were in town.

I wish the laundry worked better. We had to dry the clothes all day after they didn't completely dry after they washed.

The front desk attendant was OUTSTANDING!! So friendly, welcoming, and helpful!

It said breakfast was included but that wasn't true. You got a coupon for $10 to cover breakfast and kids eat free. But breakfast was over $10 and that was for only 1 kid.
