Room was dirty with caked on dust and hair, had broken blinds and broken toilet seat.

Location and room was comfortable and clean

Wish the breakfast was complimentary instead of having to pay, as other hotels offer complimentary breakfast.

This was my third time at this hotel. I loved the room, the location, and the service.

The computer system was not functioning when I tried to check in at 5pm. I was unable to check in until 10pm.

I think that the hotel is not a Hilton type actual hotel. The staff were awesome. But I feel like a Fairfield inn randomly decided to be a Hilton so y’all slapped the name on a random hotel and tried to make it more than what it is if you ask me. Also, all of the fees are ridiculous three different taxes. I live in Dallas and have traveled too many different states I’ve never had to pay ridiculous amount of charges like I did at the Hilton Garden Inn. I was charged for breakfast when it was already included when I initially booked my hotel that Friday the only reason I got some form of a refund is because I called a day or so later to complain about the situation and say, what are these tip/taxes and fees for why is my bill of $400?
