Très bon séjour près du lac que nous avons (re)découvert à pied. L'accueil est chaleureux et nous avons apprécié le calme, la vue ainsi que la gentillesse des propriétaires. Un endroit à découvrir !

Propriétaire très accueillante et très attentionnée. Appartement bien aménagé, salle de bain fantastique, vue magnifique, cuisine bien fournie. Emplacement idéal pour toutes les activités sportives et culturelles, surtout pour le vélo/roller et la baignade au lac. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et espérons revenir prochainement! Owner really looked after us. The apartment was beautifully done out and had everything you could need. Located a short walk away from the lake and very close to the cycle path which runs all the way down the side of the lake. Great for cycling and rollerblading. Easy access to the shops and restaurants. I would definitely go back.

Bonjour à tous Par ces quelques lignes, nous souhaitons remercier l'hospitalité des propriétaires du : "chez 42" Le dynamisme et la positive attitude de notre hôtesse font que cela nous permet réellement de se déconnecter des tracasseries et de décompresser loin du travail ! La propreté"clinic" du logement et son côté fonctionnel, l'abri verrouillé pour nos vélos électriques ainsi que le prêt d'autres vélos à la demande la possibilité d'autoriser, en dernière minute, l'hébergement d'amis Le logement accolé à l'habitation, mais sans aucun vis à vis, nous permet une grande liberté ! A dispo : Du linge à volonté , une "Nespresso" et ces dosettes multicolores ! (Free !) Multicolore c'est exactement les couleurs que l'on peut voir au quotidien, à Saint Jorioz, en levant la tête (montagnes et parapentistes), ou en scrutant le lac d'Annecy , avirons et paddles ou sky surf en cas de force 8 !(dernière semaine de juin) Faune et flore sont également visibles j'ai un faible pour les cygnes du lac et leur derniers nés (7) Et oui ; "chez 42" se trouve à quelques enjambées de la crique de St Jo, où il est possible de louer paddle, pédalo, kayak ou chaises pour simplement rien faire ! À noter également, à 7", pied, le restaurant familial " les Tilleuls" où qualité rime avec petit budget C'est toujours un excellent séjour que nous passons au "chez 42" Je recommande fortement cette adresse ! Nota : Jennifer aura toujours une solution pour vous faire oublier vos soucis de dernières minutes vous permettant de profiter pleinement de votre séjour Une adresse proche du paradis !! Je recommande à 300% 😎😃

My husband, three year old daughter and I have just returned from our stay here. The apartment is in the perfect quiet location, close to everything you need with great access to all activities around the lake, and only about 30 minutes from Geneva airport. The apartment has everything we needed, very comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen (with coffee machine) dishwasher, washing machine etc literally everything you need to make it feel like home. They’ve even thought of black out blinds and night lights around the apartment if you want them, (very handy for younger kids)! The views from the apartment, especially the top bedroom are spectacular. They have an array of bikes to use for all ages, including a toddler bike with staberlisers which our daughter loved and a trailer for an adult bike which she enjoyed being pulled along in. We used the bikes everyday as it was more convenient than the car to get around the lake and cycling to Annecy only took about 20 - 25 minutes using the cycle path located a 2 min ride from the apartment. The sandy beach is just under a 10 minute ride away and is a lovely place to enjoy the lake from. We cycled the whole cycle path around the lake on one of our days which is a great way to see all the beautiful villages. The hosts Jennifer and Richard are great, very welcoming and friendly and happy to share all their knowledge and experience about the area. The apartment is attached to their home yet they do an amazing job of making it very private for their guests. Jennifer and Richard are charming hosts and this was the perfect place to stay. We will definitely return to lake Annecy and to this apartment.

Mon mari e moi nous avons passé deux semaines trés reposantes dans cet appartement. On y trouve tout dont on a besoin. Tout est comme dans la description. Jennifer und Richard waren sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für das Überraschungsgeschenk beim Empfang, den Kaffee und Tee! Wir haben die Stunden in der gemütlichen Galerie im ersten Stockwerk sehr genossen. Von dort hat man einen fabelhaften Blick auf das Gebirge. Saint Jorioz eignet sich ideal für einen Urlaub am Lac d´ Annecy. Man ist sehr schnell in Annecy und dem Gebirge. Gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass wir sehr gute Fahrräder benutzen und auf dem nah gelegenen Radweg damit fahren konnten. Wir können die Ferienwohnung bestens empfehlen!

Maison parfaite pour 2 enfants et 2 adultes. Nous sommes des grands parents et c'est la première fois que nous partions avec nos 2 petits (2ans1/2 et 4ans1/2). Quelle responsabilité! Nous avons trouvé un cadre de vie idéal; la chambre des enfants est en-bas donc pas d'escaliers à monter, la salle de bain à côté et un séjour cuisine tout à fait bien conçu avec tout le nécessaire pour rendre notre séjour agréable. la literie est excellente, les lits sont faits à notre arrivée, ce qui est un plus quand on arrive avec 2 petits. Serviettes et torchons sont également fournis. Jennifer est aux petits soins pour nous, toujours prête à nous rendre service tout en étant très discrète; elle est gaie et cela fait plaisir. Elle n'a pas hésité à sortir un vélo pour notre plus grand. La proximité du lac et les nombreux sentiers accessibles depuis la maison permettent de se promener aisément, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Sans oublier l'attraction: les petits ânes qui se régalent de fruits et de carottes! Un endroit calme, sécurisé tout a été parfait pour rendre notre séjour super. Merci Jennifer. A bientôt peut-être. L'accueil des propriétaires a été vraiment chaleureux. L'appartement est agréable, très commode, bien agencé, à proximité de la route nationale, de la piste cyclable, et avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Nous y avons passé une semaine splendide. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander d'y séjourner. On espère pouvoir y retourner l'année prochaine !

Stunning views from the upstairs window which was a great place to sit and just watch life in the countryside. Jennifer, Richard and B&G are great hosts and happy to share in your adventures. Certainly lots to do and see and a place to return to.

Prestations de qualité dans cet appartement tout équipé. C'est très agréable d'avoir la base des produits à disposition (tablettes machines, café, sel, etc). Hôte très agréable. Merci pour les prêts de vélos qui ont bien servis!

La maison est très bien située, à 5 mn à pied du lac et à la fois proche des stations de sports d'hiver.Elle est d'une grande propreté avec tout le nécessaire facilitant le séjour ( café, thé, papier toilette, produits ménagers...), Jennifer a pensé à tout ! Les lits sont faits et tout est organisé pour nous faciliter les vacances ! La vue de la chambre à l'étage est splendide.Les vélos mis à disposition sont un véritable atout également. Jennifer est adorable, d'une grande gentillesse, d'un humour extra et d'une joie de vivre incroyable ! Semaine géniale sous le soleil d'hiver !

I have travelled with my wife and my two children. We have had a great stay in this house; well equipped, clean and comfortable. The owner has given us all kinf of facilities. We strongly reccomend this choice!.

My wife and i stayed in Jennifer's apartment for a week in September 2016. We had a great time and throughly enjoyed ourselves. The property is great and I would completely recommend it to others looking for a compact but well fitted base for exploring the Lake Annecy area without being in the centre of town. The property has 2 comfortable bedrooms and a small but well appointed and fully stocked kitchen/living space. The appliances and fittings are excellent quality and match the service and hosting from Jennifer which could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

excellent two bedroom apartment with lovely views, quiet location near the lake (beach and boat stop), yet easy walk or cycle to bakers and supermarket and only 5 mins walk to bus stop. we were there without a car (the first people ever) and found it very convenient, and the owners were very helpful picking us up from the bus stop and taking us into annecy on our last day. exceptionally friendly English hosts, and a charming, well equipped apartment, with comfy beds. The provision of cycles (they have a large array of them) is a real plus when you see how much they often cost to hire, and a cycle path (almost flat) runs right along this side of the lake and is two minutes from the house. The only points which others may need to be aware of is that the kitchen/living area is quite small, making use of every space with cunning storage (but bedrooms are large) and it is attached to the main house, so you do see people coming and going, giving the opportunity for a friendly chat. We thoroughly recommend it, and the scenery is stunning.
