Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Philadelphia Horsham

I liked the free breakfast buffet. I liked the staff. I liked the convenience of the area.

The mattress in the disability room is awful. It is so soft and you roll into the middle. It definitely needs to be replaced. There was no daily room service but I did not mind because I keep the room clean but they did not replace the towels or pick up the dirty ones. That night I had to go to housekeeping and bring the dirty towels and pick up the clean ones. The staff was very nice though. The pool looked dirty. I was afraid to swim in it.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from Willow Grove station from which the Airtrain can be caught to and from the airport, with only a short ride to make it to the hotel. The hotel had everything I needed for a short business trip. The room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious, and everything in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast had different options for tea/coffee/milks/juices. And each morning there was a different type of omolette. It was simple but it was good. The staff were very friendly, which was wonderful after a long journey to get here. If you need to travel to the area, and don't mind catching rideshares if you do not have a car, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

It is not a particularly walkable area. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but for an international traveller was a surprise. Just a heads up for others considering staying in the area.

It was perfectly located near our sister's home. Easy to get to and it had plenty of parking. The room was large, bright and enough storage. Bathroom was also large, with a counter wide enough to share. Shower was strong too! Breakfast was more than satisfying - plenty of choices and plenty of room.

We couldn't adjust the thermostat so it was a bit colder than we liked it. We had to turn it off. But at the least the AC worked well!

Location

The front desk staff wasn’t friendly, upon arrival the young lady at the front desk was somewhere and i waited a gods 7 minutes before she came out with no apology for her delay and dry attitude.
