Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kingdom City by IHG

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kingdom City by IHG We spent about $30 more than we normally do on a hotel, but one of the main reasons we chose Holiday Inn Express was because we wanted to get some laundry done. Holiday Inns are usually pretty reliable when it comes to having good laundry facilities. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets were especially soft, which was great after a long day of traveling. We also appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. Overall, though, we had a comfortable stay and would consider staying here again.

The only real downside was the laundry situation. One of the washing machines was out of order, so there was a line for the remaining washer, even though there were two dryers available. We did eventually get all of our laundry done, but it took a little longer than expected, especially since laundry was one of the main reasons we chose to pay a little more for this hotel.

Liked the location , the temperature of the facility

Booked a room with a pull out couch to accommodate the number of guests. When it came time to use it there were no linens , called down to desk and no one answered, called 3 times. Would be nice to be able to use the amenities we booked for.

Location and rooms

The pool was pretty small

Nice staff, clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows

Got there all settled in and toilet would not flush, (they did move us) in room we moved to room with no hot water …had to take a COLD shower in am, could not call front desk as their phones did not work so I went in my pajamas to report toilet. Offered no discount when notified of all. Decent place but disappointed.
