Property looked very tired, the furniture was stained and the fire alarms were hello, whole place needs a lock of paint and deep clean

Booking.com had conflicting room detail information & only resolution was to offer me and my guest a mattress to put on the floor to sleep. Completely unacceptable! A partial refund would of been more appropriate considering the huge inconvenience and the amount of money we spent for the rental.

The condo was nice send I loved the few. It was very comfortable as well. Nice design.
When we arrived the couch was still dirty. I had to get someone to come clean it. Also the parking situation was terrible. 1 day I had to pay $58 to get my car. I has to start parking a few blocks away for a better price.

The view was amazing. I had stayed with my girlfriend in South Beach for a week and wanted to spend the remains 3 days downtown and Icon Residency was the place. Next time I go, it's definitely Icon Residency.
The internet in the apartment wasn't as strong as I would have wanted. It kept disconnecting and I had to always try to restart the service.

The valet staff and the Icon staff were awesome. The view from the room was amazing
The unit wasn’t cleaned well at all. The mattress in the master bedroom was horrible.

I loved the view!
A lot of things in the unit was broken and we couldn’t enjoy the room fully. The room was smaller than what I originally booked. The most important the front door wasn’t secured. You need to get that fixed!

The view was GREAT I was able to ride the scooters downtown to nice restaurants and to the store. It was a great location close to places where I didn't have to drive

the check in experience is an absolute disaster. to get an early checkin it was a nightmare and then you arrive this cray busy lobby (because shared with other residents) and have to wait they call “someone” to pick you up. Ah also the wifi totally sucks. It was saved by the nice gentleman who helped me with my packages delivered there
