No hot water.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool as we were traveling with two young children. When we checked in there was no mention of the pool being closed for the entire weekend nor were there any signs at the property stating this. The kids were disappointed and it really ruined the experience. Also, your staff is rude and unprofessional. While sitting at breakfast with my two young children we should not hear your front desk staff swearing and carrying on. Highly inappropriate.

Noisy neighbors during the late night/early hours, barking dogs! Towels in average condition.

Breakfast staff were wonderful

Our entire room was dirty. There was food left in the fridge and cupboards from previous occupants. The floor was covered in debris and the countertops and table tops had lots of food debris on them. The pool was closed. The bar was closed. For the price, we had expected a much nicer experience.

Having a Kitchen was nice, but that’s about it.

The hotel was disgusting. We had to be moved to another room because there was urine on the bathroom floor,bedroom walls had some some sticky residue. and the sheets were stained. Never again!!!

The bed is very comfortable, breakfast is good and location is superb

There isn't any disposable sandal (no big deal)

It was our wedding night and they made us chocolate lava cakes
