Room was clean up to date even though an older Hotel. The management was friendly and professional.

Exceptional value & service. Do not hesitate.

Good value for money. Excellent location between Las Vegas & San Fran for a stop over. Lovely mountainous scenery. Plenty of restaurant options within 15 miles. They host was an exceptional person who could not do enough for us. Parking was right outside the accommodation. I cannot praise this host enough. Thank you.

Owner of the motel was very nice. Its conveniently located, safe and quiet.

Rooms are a bit small, beds a tad hard for my taste, but other guests may like that. A little expensive for what it is (a motel)- but rate was probably high because of a Saturday during Presidents’ Day weekend.

Very good

This is an older type property so so didn’t expect for much. Room was clean and comfy. Property manger is extremely helpful and welcoming. Overall good experience for just a quick overnight. Nice coffee shop - The Brewed Awakening - across from the shell gas station.

Good sleep, good ventilation, very good mattress.

Great mattresses. Great caretaker. Very clean.

Clean, cozy stay on the 395

Clean, cozy motel on the 395. Perfect location. Room was newly renovated, very clean, and there were plenty of outlets. Motel owner helped us with late check-in.

We didn't realize it was a 10am check-out time when we booked (the listed time is 12).

Perveen greeted us , and walked us to our room- I felt like a 5 star hotel! Very nice to be greeted this way!!

My go to place to stay in Big Pine!

The rooms are spacious and clean with very confortable beds. The outside seeting area and BBq are very relaxing.The owner is a wonderful host

OK, if you arrive late and leave early

The owner is really friendly and easy-going. The motel is just on the freeway, so easy access when on the road trip.

The motel is outdated and not really clean. The rooms are quite dark and not cosy.

absolutely nothing

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. literally couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I have never written any negative comments until now but save yourself a huge headache and pass this one by!

Great place for bargain price.

upon arrival Staff gave me cookies and bottled water. Room was clean, new bed, pillows and lamps. Good water pressure. Toiletries included toothbrush and toothpaste. Pleasantly surprised with this budget hotel.

They are still remodeling, so workers were next door. Just a minor inconvenience.

Great location in Big Pine and Pet Friendly

Good value for traveling with a pet, location, and limited options in the town.

It's near the highway so I would recommend a room in the back.
