The location, the main hotel, the restaurant
The spa closes at 6 pm and only adults. I would love to have sauna to use it with kids. In Jacuzzi was always plenty of people.

Thee Aircondtiong is not what we expected some rooms in the house was very hot we asked for assistance and someone came and before the start inspection they asked for a tip and we gave them a good tip and they tried for a while which was less than 20 minutes and they were not able to solve the problem

If there was anything that we liked was easily overshadowed by the fact that we were not given what we booked.
We weren't given the bed format that we booked this stay for. Got a queen bed while we booked a king. I had to sleep on an uncomfortable twin bed.
