It’s right next to the freeway. I was afraid I’d hear the train, but I didn’t hear it in the room.
The parking is quite inadequate. I’m disabled so I parked in the disabled spot. Get there early and take a cab to your destination so you don’t have to park on the street.

It’s pretty close to downtown Novato in a walking distance. The price is also more affordable for a short work trip than other hotels in the area of Petaluma and Sonoma if you have to be there for work with only 30 mins drive.
It’s next to a train track so you can hear the train pretty loud. the bed was hard, but I kind of like it on the second night. I don’t recommend for people who have any conditions that don’t allow to sleep on a hard bed though. The interior is quite old and a bit dilapidated, but it’s clean. Staff are friendly.

The beds were super old and hard. The whole room smelled really bad. The floor was super dirty and hadn't been swept before we came inside. There was a santi strip on the toilet stating the toilet was clean but pee was on the toilet seat. The room overall smelled so bad it was hard to sleep. This hotel was overall so rundown it needs to be upgraded

The rate is a little too high due to the amount of noise you get from the main street. If you are a light sleeper I do not recommend this place.

I never got a statement detailing the charges for my stay. I see overcharges on my CCard, so I may report such to my credit card company. It is best this gets resolved ASAP!

it wasn’t very clean there was black mold in the grout and the toilet handle was sticky.
