Location secluded and away from the town which has plusses and minuses.

Probably because I was UK citizen, not Canadian, could not get online food ordering to work. and they didnt answer the phone. I could have driven down into town but we had had a long drive. Not a fault, but something to be aware of, thats all.

The bungalow was cozy and the property was beautiful. Loved the hot tub and fire pits.

The wifi wasn’t great.

This is a like/dislike. Covid 19 check in/ out was needed and it was well done, however I prefer in person situations.

We were in a bungalow unit which had its own bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The unit was well designed and was very clean. The walk to the water was short and the view was amazing. It was a bit of a drive from the town but it wasn’t too far. I would definitely come back again and recommend to friends/family.

Sump pump ran every few minutes between our room and next which kept us awake!

Beautiful location in from of the lake. We had a room on the 1st floor not facing the lake but still it had great ambient with view of trees and pieces of the lake. we booked a suite for 2 persons. it was big, with large bad room and a large leaving room with a kitchen and a dining table. there was touchless check-in which worked great. Every evening someone knock on your door and asked if something is missing. I deeply recommend this place,, had a great vacation there. The bonus is that on the road from jasper to patricia lake you can see elk and with some luck you can also see bears.

Great location away from touristy town by serene lake. Quiet , relaxing, very clean, great stuff in the office.

Lights everywhere inside the cabin are super bright - especially bathroom, but also living room . More ambient lighting is needed to make place more relaxing .

The suite was spacious beds are very comfortable and the surrounding and grounds are beautifully kept.

We thought a duplex would be a 2 unit side by side, but it was more of a motel with 5 units in a row. More pictures of all units on website would have been more helpful.

location is perfect for a vacation and has privacy the guest.it has a playgrpund too akd offers various activities by the loe which is a plus!

It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway! The room was amazing, clean and beautiful finishes, the heated bathroom floor, the sitting area apart from the sleeping area. The property grounds are immaculate and the lake is pristine! We love Jasper and our first choice for accomodation will be Patricia Lake Bungalows from now on! Amenities like the hot tub, bbq’s and firepits, as well as a little playground area for the kids made the experience just perfect.

The weather, but we still had an amazing time despite the rain and smoky skies. Staff could have been a bit more informative and friendly upon check-in.

It is situated in a quiet corner of Jasper, a short drive from the town (4 km). The lake access is also a huge bonus, especially for families. We've visited Jasper four previous times, and our stay at Patricia was one of our better experiences.

It was a positive stay and experience. It meet, even surpassed our expectations!

Excellent customer service. The room I initially booked had some issues therefore they had to give me a different cabin. The general manager called directly, explained the situation, offered another option, gave a discount on room charge, and when we arrived, there was a personal note of apology and a complimentary bottle of wine. Excellent customer service. The perfect location, beautiful place.

The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, well looked after and very peaceful The suite C3 was perfect for my weekend !

About all I can come up with ….if anything, is the picnic table didn’t sit level out front of the suite… area could be levelled up a bit !

The area was great, the room was great!

A little disappointing in the cleaning, if you can go sit at a restaurant there’s no reason you can come in our room and clean with masks on while we are out.

The location was a little far from town, but we knew that going into it. Nice, homey atmosphere....very welcoming.

The swimming pier/boat dock wasn't working even though there were no signs of flooding (reason given). People found other ways to use the lake.
