Loved the customer service at the front desk in the morning and night. Amber was excellent and accommodating to us during our stay as well as the Saturday night front desk attendant.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Check in was easy and pleasant.
Beds were comfortable and the indoor pool was maintained well.
The restaurant closed two hours early on a Saturday night and the external dining choices are slim in the area. I can understand that for a small bed-and-breakfast, but for a large chain hotel to have that kind of inconsistency of service was really quite annoying. We had had a long day of travel and were looking forward to quiet room service and partly chose the hotel because it was offered in the booking information.

Great location/distance from National Comedy Museum and Lucy Museum. Friendly, helpful staff. LOVED that warm cookies were offered upon check-in and check-out. The small extras are really nice. Beds were quite comfortable, pillows not so much. While everyone's comforts are different, I found pillows so soft they went too flat.
A bit disappointed with dinners. Out of romaine lettuce and Pino Grigio wine. Menu selection was better a few years ago when we stayed before.

Staff was decent
Parking was a nightmare. Small full lot by 5 pm. Had to park in a garage about a block away. There was a walkway but I didn't feel safe using it.
Terrible value. Would not recommend
