It was near where we needed it to be and an ok value so we thought

The lobby and halls looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long.. the first room they gave us had a cockroach in the bathroom and the second room, the toilet wouldn’t quit running so we had to shut it off with the valve on the back. If it weren’t for the fact that we had gotten into town super late we wouldn’t have stayed at all. We checked out first thing in the morning and got a new hotel.

The room, price, and location was absolutely good........

The staff, was mean, and lied on me.........

Nothing

Roaches. Loud. Fighting. Changed my room from a double to a single. Coos showed up due to a window being busted out. Bathroom dirty. Requested more blankets was told no.

Was run down looking, hairs and stains on towels and washcloths and bed covers. Curtains were dirty and the odors were horrible.

Nothing it sucked in every way. Had a different name than what booking stated. Handicap spots used by young people with kids and NO handicap designation. Bookings sucks and I make sure anyone I speak to about travel knows. They promised they would take care of the problem. Even a partial refund but 0. After a week bookings told me to handle it, myself.

Switched rooms because it was dirty. New room Still dirty and you got splashed across part of bathroom when you flushed. It seemed to be a state appointed housing🤷🏻‍♂️no handicap consideration at all. Not really a breakfast. Coffee station wasn’t cleaned the whole time I was there. Gross. Told me person must of used first room after it was cleaned.. WHAT! Bookings was very undesirable.
