Comfort Inn & Suites North Greenfield

We were given a ground floor room, excellent location because of our age, walking etc. Breakfast was right around the corner, easy to get to. Lots of good choices for breakfast. Better than most places we have stayed at.

We felt everything was fine. Nothing to complain about. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We were traveling to Kansas from Pennsylvania, and we immediately booked a room for our return trip home to PA.

It was alright...

There was an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel...not a clean odor

Easy to get to and fast check in.

Very small rooms, and 2 person capacity for elevator.

Loved the location. Near the highway but far enough to not have noise or traffic issues.

The room was very warm when I checked in and there was a musty scent lingering in the room. It smelled like stale/rotted food. The property was full so I could not switch rooms but the front desk staff gave me a miniature dehumidifier, which help when paired with opening the window. Because the property was full, the parking lot was a disaster. There were two different work truck/trailer combos parking across several spots. I understand that they did the best they could but I checked in after 11pm and literally got the last spot!
