Staybridge Suites Omaha West by IHG

Hot foods could taste better

The welcome reception. Breakfast was great.

No hot tub

Comfortable and fairly priced.

Parking can be tight as many people do not park straight or within the parking space but there isn’t much the property could do about that.

Breakfast was great. Breakfast staff were very friendly. Check out staff was very friendly.

The hotel had a bad strong smell throughout the hotel. It gave me a headache. Parking lot is horrible and extremely small, and the parking spots are very small as well. There was hardly anywhere to park, and you are not allowed to park at the businesses nearby. There was work being done on the entrance cement and there was lose cement on the ground. A truck pulling a trailer was parked right below our window and was running for a while causing or room to smell of exhaust from the running truck. it was so loud we were not able to sleep. The cost was extremely high and would not recommend anyone stay here.
