For breakfast they just give you one snack. That's it.. and some coffee that is disgusting

The hotel shower was disgusting and the shower head looked like it was about to fall off. The floors were cracked and dirty. The sink was disgusting. Lighting was horrible and had like 3 different lights with 3 different colors. The bed was so flimsy and not comfortable at all. There was roaches. And the customer service sucked. The towels we got were stained before we even used them.

Hotel was good, had everything you need in the room.

The electricity went out in a part of the city, we had no electricity all night, did not use any of the amenities due to that. I understand it’s not the hotel’s fault, but no reimbursement or discount was given to us at all.

They had perfect customer service ! Both gentlemen that help me and my fiancé check in were very helpful. The room was very clean and organized! The area is very quit barely heard anything ! The A/C worked perfect!

occupants there were sketchy

only that is was close to where we needed to go.

told to wait to check in while someone vacumned. stairs and 2nd floor walk were grimey. roach in the bathroom. huge fight next door 2nd night (not the hotel's fault but just know it's a street motel), room ok, bed ok, air conditioner noisy all night. a nightmare
