Home2 Suites by Hilton Cartersville

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic.

The parking is a little odd and the guest entrance on the side of the building is somewhat cramped, but it works.

breakfast is average for price of room -- maybe a little below average ---bed was comfortable

there was a dog couple rooms down . barked and howled on and off starting around 8:00 when we arived and woke us numerous times during the night complained to manager with no response. two bus loads of kids were noises all night over head -- should have been separated from other guest -- my family and i have enjoyed home 2 in the past for travel and work but now i am going to rethink now that i know dogs are allowed, without any control -- they do make muzzles.----had a similar experience in chattanooga the following night at a home 2. Sign in lobby says if you're not satisfied there will be a full refund --- i complained -- but it didn't happen

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful
