I added 2 nights and the hotel was not fully booked yet the staff could not put me in a new room till after 3pm.now keep in mind I had already been at the hotel for 3 days.the cleaning crew said they could get a room ready but the office/front desk would need to have them do that.no quality of customer service at all!

My son enjoyed his breakfast very much. We both enjoyed our dinner. The restaurant workers at dinner were extremely friendly and helpful. We also had fun in the gym and the pool!

My breakfast was a disappointment. I ordered the blue crab eggs Benedict. The crab tasted too sweet, and the eggs were over cooked. The yolks were not runny at all. Very disappointing. I just ate the potatoes after tasting the eggs Benedict. The potatoes were great. I was surprised when our waitress didn't even ask how our meal was or why I didn't eat my main course.

the whole facility was very clean. maid service was friendly and spot on. restaurant and bar was good service, friendly staff and good food.

we’ve stayed here before. awesome hotel. comfortable, spacious. very nice atmosphere

What we liked: - the hotel was close to the Buffalo Bill Museum, downtown and restaurants; - the outside design is beautiful and gives you a cozy feeling; - the flowers we had on the patio were very beautiful and well taken care of; - the mountain view from outside the hotel & from the room windows; - we found a nice little thank you note on the desk, written by the housekeeper, when we first checked-in the room. It was a nice gesture that made me smile and I appreciate it.

What we didn’t like: - after check-in I found in the bathroom sink a hair that didn’t belong to us obviously and a toothpick on the floor, beside the toilet; - we used the pool one evening and we found one dead fly in the pool and one on the floor, on the edge just beside the pool; - it’s not kids friendly because the bathroom sink is way too high and the King Rooms don’t have bathtub, only showers; - the restaurant was very busy in the mornings with people coming from outside the hotel, in order to have breakfast there and the hotel guests didn’t have any priority nor be able to make any reservation. First morning they told us that we have to wait 35 minutes so we decided to go eat somewhere else. In the evening we went to ask if we could make a reservation for next morning and they said that they are not making reservations, but anyway people will be at the church and if we come in at 9 will be Ok. We arrived at 9:00 and we had to wait 30 minutes to get a table and the breakfast was mediocre; - the ground floor rooms are not a good option because they are just in front of the parking lots and if you open the curtains, people passing by can see in your room; gives you no privacy; - furniture is very old and the room is so dark. Wouldn’t hurt to change it and paint in lighter color; - the shower is huge, while the rest of the bathroom is tight, which doesn’t make any sense.

Everything! The staff was wonderful having the restaurant attached was a HUGE advantage! The staff at the restaurant was absolutely fabulous!

Loved having a restaurant on site and room service available! Whole facility was very nice and we will check the website for other Best Western Premier locations. The handicap accessible room was well done, if a bit far from the elevator.

It would have been really nice to have an eating-height table in the room -- even a small one. It is hard to eat over a coffee table.

Patty was a tremendous help. She was very knowledgeable about the area and answered any and all questions I had. Just a great experience with all staff and stay. The motel and restaurant were awesome. On a recent cross-country trip by far the best motel on the trip and Best Motel ever staying at.

Great place! Friendly staff, very clean and great location! Breakfast was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again!
