Location and cleanliness.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff were very courteous. There are frequent parties and graduation ceremonies and such during this part of the year, so plan accordingly. 7/23/2022
The only thing I thought was a downside, was the fact that there was no refrigerator nor microwave in the room. Other than that the hotel room and amenities were fantastic.

В номер ставят воду за 5 долларов, будьте осторожны. Бесплатную воду не поставили, пришлось просить, потом при 2 гостях ставили одну бутылку. Зубной набор, тапочки и халаты тоже пришлось просить. Мини-бар пустой, но 100 долларов при 100% предоплате за номер все же заблокировали в качестве депозита. Написано, что интернет платный, но не платили.

Beds were a little hard & the A/C unit was not the best but we managed. Over all nice place but could have used upgrades.

The convenience, the restaurant, location. The smell when you walk in is delightful. Staff was friendly.

Stayed three nights and no cleaning of room. Had to ask for clean towels and coffee each day. Some of attendants at front desk were not friendly at all, no smile or friendly. Sad for such a nice hotel

Have stayed here many times. Maybe it's under new management. It's beginning to show its age. Entrance to hotel ...needs to be steamcleaned....parking garage could use a cleaning also.

I loved how clean it smelled, beautiful lobby. great pool, amazing location. amazing breakfast and the staff is really kind
I don’t know how but someone went through my luggage things were moved around and my zippers were in the wrong position. I was rooming by myself😢 I let the front desk know what happened but they didn’t seem

We were there for my daughter in laws wedding. I chose to stay in Georgetown because it was close to the venue. The accommodations were great especially getting ready. Staff was very nice.
I wish it was a bit less expensive.

shower flooring was slippery, no safety handles, & shower door collides with the bathroom door.

property was nice and in walking distance of good restaurants. We had quite a few hiccups but they helped resolve them efficiently.
