Lodging on the Square

breakfast was good, room was comfortable and clean

I wish the room had a handicap toilet because it was difficult to get off of

Everyone was really accommodating and kind. The location was perfect and the room was very clean and comfortable. We have stayed there before and we'd stay there again.

House keeping needs to do better job of tracking what customers need with the cards.

Location was good. There was not much to the so called "good breakfast" . No staff at the hotel for any questions or help.

Check in was a nightmare!! Will never do that again! We had to go yo a different location to check in. The clerk was not very pleasant. We then drove to the hotel. We were tired from long drive. We unload everything and carry it to the 2nd floor. Then the CARD DID NOT WORK. I called and he said we'll you will have to come back and get new cards! We had to pack everything back downstairs to our car and go back to this other location. The clerk didn't seem concerned. Then back to hotel, back upstairs and finally got in. I have a bad ankle and this was very hard. The room was OK, but the air conditioner was very loud. I will not go back. My husband was so mad he wanted to get our money back.
