Most things, I like it. It has its good and not so good. No breakfast option.

I was wrongly charged from 800 dollars but after much debate and pictures of a bad old toilet they waived it. It ruined a few days of our trip. It is an old hotel. Management must take better care of customers. The staff gangs together instead of giving customers the priority and objectivity on matters of renting. Its not only a hotel but has other types of rentals.

Iconic original high rise building in Waikiki. Stunning views over the nearby Hawaii village lagoon complex and through to the beach and surf. 2 wonderful pools. Bottle water and ice cream included in the daily hotel tax charge. Central location. Spacious room and balcony. Air con in room is highly appreciated. The photos advertised on the website are exactly what you get. Huge range of cable tv. Spacious kitchen. Large full size fridge. Tropical feel and spacious lobby. Daily fresh beach towels available. Beach towels available pool side too, sign in/out. Plenty of available lifts between 27 floors. Free DVD rental. Bond was recredited to account within 24 hours of check out. Thanks.

Dated kitchen but very spacious. No air con in resort except in your room. Ice in bucket is available from reception only. Laundry is DIY paid for by vending card. But not too much to complain about.

Für 2 Personen gute Wohnung. Ausstattung in Ordnung, ein Eßtisch fehlt. Solange es hell ist kann man den Tisch auf dem Balkon nutzen.

Am 23. November hatten wir von Morgens bis 22:00 keinen Strom. Kein Licht (dunkel ab 18 Uhr), Kühlschrank taut ab, keine Klimaanlage .... Kann passieren. Aber das Kompensationsangebot vom Haus Ilikai beschränkte sich auf ein gratis Eis. Schäbig, dazu ist die Unterkunft zu teuer. Der Brief an den Hotelbesitzer folgt nach unserem Urlaub.
