No vending machines for late night snacks. TV poorly placed. Dated decor. Expensive after taxes.

Rooms had picture holes in all the walls, the art and furniture looked as though it came from the salvation army 40 years ago. I found chip crumbs under the bed.

The slowest and lazy reception ever seen! I paid 2 beds and a large room they gave me a single bed and a very small room! I had to go through arguments at midnight, after all i was able to get what i paid. In the morning they charged me even for the single bed room !

Easy check and check out, large room, close to highway and short drive on the way to Montreal, plenty of towels, free internet, TV. Across the river, saw the migrating geese, basic breakfast.

I loved having breakfast by the river, and the weight/exercise room was surprisingly well maintained.

It was the perfect hotel for me to see my son finish his course. It was quiet and the bed was great. It was clean and had everything I needed

You charge an extra 50.00 for early arrival, did not like that. Will never stay again, and will tell all my friends also. In Canada we don’t do things like that. Also room was not properly clean.

In general the place was clean, the room was of a reasonable size for 5 adults. The beds were excellent.

Some of the furniture looked a bit outdated, look old but we wanted the place to rest and sleep and that was accomplished

They don't have elevator, so it is difficult to carry the luggage through staircase up to 2nd floor. They don't have AC, which can be controlled from the room. They have central AC and you can't control the temperature.

The breakfast was adequate

The wifi connection was cumbersome. A staff member had to come to my room to connect me to it and although I was booked in for two days, my connection was only good for one day. Also I could not get my TV to work. And the stopper in the bathroom did not function correctly and when I got the plug to keep water in the sink I could not get it to drain the water out. Fortunately I was able to pry it open with a nail file.
